Joyce passed the torch to her senior booking agent, Ingrid Schmerling, in 2001. She took up the mantle and continued the Meredith legacy, maintaining superior quality and professionalism until her well-deserved retirement in 2018. Ingrid’s daughter-in-law, Ashley Schmerling, stepped into the role of owner and agency director, inheriting the family’s commitment to excellence. This seamless transition ensures that our clients and talent continue to benefit from the wisdom and experience that has characterized our agency for over four decades.
